Threads 帮助你保存笔记和整理关联。你的内容仍属于你。Pro 是可选的自动续订订阅，不是购买记录内容的所有权。
1. 使用与内容
请仅处理你有权使用的内容，并遵守适用法律。你保留自己记录与附件的权利；导入、导出或分享他人内容时，需自行确认相应许可。Thread 关联建议是辅助整理结果，不是事实保证或专业意见，你应自行确认关联和关键判断。
App Store 版本的软件许可受适用的 Apple 许可条款约束；可查看 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。如 App Store 展示了另行适用的许可，以该许可为准。本页补充说明 Threads 功能、订阅与支持，不限制适用法律赋予你的权利。
2. 免费功能与 Pro
基本本地记录功能、TXT、RTF 和 .thread 导出可免费使用。Pro 提供从 iCloud 接收内容、Pro 主题及其他导出格式等权益，具体以购买页面列出的已提供功能为准。iCloud 同步启用后，免费用户也可上传；联网状态、iCloud 可用性和存储空间会影响同步。停止订阅不会自动删除本地记录，但到期后相应 Pro 功能会受到限制。
3. 自动续订与 7 天试用
Pro 提供月度和年度自动续订方案。价格、币种、订阅周期和续订费用以 App Store 购买确认界面为准；付款由 Apple 处理。
符合 Apple 资格条件且购买界面显示该优惠的用户可享受 7 天免费试用。试用不是所有账号或重复订阅都可获得。试用结束后会按所选方案自动收费，除非提前取消。为避免试用或订阅续期，请至少在当前周期结束前 24 小时取消，并以 Apple 显示的截止时间为准。
4. 管理、取消与恢复
可使用 App 内“管理订阅”或 Apple 账号的订阅设置管理和取消续订。卸载 App 不会取消订阅。恢复购买需使用购买时的 Apple 账号；恢复不会新购一份订阅，也不能恢复已经到期的权益。退款申请请通过 Apple 报告问题 提交，是否退款由 Apple 的流程和适用规则决定。
5. 数据、同步与备份
Threads 以本地记录为基础。同步并非零延迟或永久可用，可能受网络、Apple 服务、系统和账号状态影响。请对重要内容另行备份。关闭同步、退出 iCloud 和删除数据是不同操作；请在批量删除或更换账号前确认影响。详细数据处理方式见隐私政策。
6. 支持与条款更新
问题、反馈和隐私请求请发往 catcarp@163.com。功能或规则发生变化时，本页会更新文档日期；涉及订阅价格或权益的变更会遵守适用的 Apple 流程与法律要求。依法不得排除的消费者权利不受本页影响。

Your records and use
Threads helps you write and connect notes. You retain rights in your content. Use only content you are entitled to use and comply with applicable law. Connection suggestions are organizational aids, not guaranteed facts or professional advice. Review associations yourself.
The applicable App Store software license governs the app; see Apple's Standard EULA, unless another applicable license is shown in the App Store. This page explains Threads features, subscriptions and support without limiting mandatory legal rights.
Free features and Pro
Basic local notes and TXT, RTF and .thread export are free. Pro enables receiving content from iCloud, Pro themes and additional export formats, as described on the purchase screen. With iCloud sync enabled, uploading is available without Pro. Network conditions, account availability and storage affect sync. Subscription expiry does not automatically delete local notes, but Pro capabilities become restricted.
Subscriptions and trial
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically. Apple displays the applicable price, currency, period and renewal charge and handles payment. A 7-day free trial is available only when Apple confirms eligibility and the offer appears at purchase. It is not guaranteed for every account or repeat purchase. The selected plan is charged after the trial unless canceled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current trial or billing period ends to avoid renewal, observing the deadline Apple shows.
Manage, restore and refund
Use Manage Subscription in the app or your Apple Account's subscription settings. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Restore Purchases uses the purchasing Apple Account, does not buy another subscription and does not reactivate expired access. Request refunds through Apple's Report a Problem; Apple's process and applicable rules govern the result.
Data and support
Keep separate backups of important content. Sync can be delayed or unavailable because of network, Apple service, system or account conditions. Turning sync off, signing out and deleting data have different effects. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
